Pat

McNamara

ASSOCIATE BROKER & GEORGIA LAND SPECIALIST

Pat McNamara is an Associate Broker and Land Specialist for the Georgia regional office of Adventure Brokers Southeast and is an Associate Broker in South Carolina for Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty based in the Upstate. A Greenville, S.C. native, and long since one of the Upstate’s leading land brokers for almost 40 years, Pat spent his childhood roaming the Piedmont and the foothills of the Upstate. From the Lake Keowee and Lake Jocassee area, to Gray Court and Fountain Inn, to Tigerville and Travelers Rest, Pat knew the Upstate was home and it was here in the Piedmont of Appalachia that he wanted to live and raise a family. This led him into real estate, a career he started in a few years after graduating from Clemson University in 1982. In 1996, he founded The McNamara Company, which provided commercial and industrial real estate services in the Upstate and North Carolina mountains. He was active in retail, office, industrial, and development properties before focusing his practice on land brokerage.
